💡 A smarter business card

Traditional business cards are easy to lose, run out and forget.

Your NFC card can stay with you and be reused again and again.

Tap. Connect. Share.

A modern business card for creatives, freelancers, small businesses, makers, consultants, artists, photographers, wedding suppliers and anyone who wants to make a memorable first impression.

Please note

NFC cards require an NFC-compatible smartphone to read the chip. The NFC functionality does not provide internet access itself and requires the receiving device to be on and have internet access to open online destinations.

**Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.

Supplied artwork must be high enough quality for printing and you must have the necessary rights to use any supplied designs, logos and imagery.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom and personalised items

As each NFC business card is individually printed, programmed and/or designed specifically for you, custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the item.

Please carefully check all information, artwork, spelling, contact details and links provided before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or does not match the agreed design, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

For NFC cards, please also provide details of the issue with the NFC functionality so I can investigate and resolve it.

Design approval

For bespoke designs, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your design before it goes into production. Once a design has been approved, I cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved artwork.

Customer-supplied artwork

For orders using customer-supplied artwork, please ensure that files are high resolution and that all spelling, contact information, logos and other details are correct. I am not responsible for errors contained within artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

NFC links

Please ensure that the URL or digital destination supplied for programming is correct and active. I cannot be responsible for changes, interruptions or errors affecting third-party websites, social media platforms or other external services after your card has been produced. But these NFC cards are rewritable so you may change the link once you have received the item you can make changes to your link.

Personalised NFC Business Cards

Each NFC business card is individually made and programmed to your specifications. As personalised items are made specifically for you, personalised NFC business cards cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind once production has begun.

Please ensure that all information supplied for your card, including names, contact details, website links, social media handles, QR codes and other personalisation, is correct before approving your design.

Design Approval

Where a design proof is provided, you will have the opportunity to check your card before it goes into production. Please carefully check all spelling, colours, details, links and other information.

Once a design has been approved, The Paper & Petal Company cannot be held responsible for errors contained within the approved design that originated from information supplied or approved by the customer.

If an error has been made by The Paper & Petal Company, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

NFC Functionality

Each NFC card is tested before dispatch to ensure that the NFC function has been programmed correctly.

If your NFC card does not function as intended when received, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I may ask you to provide a short video or other information to help identify the issue.

Where an NFC card is confirmed to be faulty due to an issue with the product or programming, I will offer an appropriate solution, which may include reprogramming, a replacement or a refund.

Please note that NFC performance can vary depending on the customer's phone, device settings and the way the card is scanned. The NFC function may require NFC to be enabled on the customer's compatible device.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All cards are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective or differs significantly from the approved design, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
