Interactive Wedding Save the Date Volvelle | Customisable & Bespoke

Make your wedding or event announcement a little more memorable with an interactive Save the Date volvelle, designed to reveal your party details as the paper wheel is turned.

This listing is for an initial personalised sample in the premade but bespoke hand-painted watercolour peony design with high quality luxury paper. Your sample allows you to see and feel the finished design before committing to your full Save the Date order.

The current design features a delicate hand-painted peony pattern, creating an elegant and tactile piece of wedding stationery that acts as a keepsake not just for you but your guests.

🌸 CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN

CUSTOMISABLE PEONY DESIGN

The existing peony design can be personalised with your own wedding details, including:

• Wedding date
• Wedding location
• Names (on reverse)
• Your choice of font
• Different text options for the reverse
• Small wording amendments to suit your wedding

The hand-painted peony artwork remains as shown, while the wording and key details are customised to your wedding.

Subsequent Order Price for premade peony design volvelle is quoted based on order quantity. Larger quantities will be priced separately, with the cost per item reducing for larger orders but no minimum order quantity.

FULLY BESPOKE DESIGN

Looking for something completely unique?

Choose the fully bespoke option and we'll work together to create a volvelle designed specifically around your wedding.

This option includes a free initial design consultation with me, where we can discuss your wedding style, colour palette, venue, theme and ideas. I'll then create a completely bespoke design for your Save the Date.

Whether you have a fully formed vision or simply a few ideas, I'll work with you to develop something that feels personal to your wedding.

Subsequent Order Price for bespoke design is individually quoted based on material, size, colours etc.

💌 YOUR FIRST ORDER IS A SAMPLE

Regardless of which design option you choose, your first Etsy order is for one sample only.

This gives you the opportunity to:

• See the fun for yourself
- See your details on the design for yourself
• Experience how the interactive volvelle works

Once you're happy with your sample, you can place your full Save the Date order with any amendments

The cost of your sample covers the design, printing and handmade assembly of your individual piece. The sample is not your full quantity order.

I take great care when creating and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from the approved design, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs showing the issue.

Where appropriate, I will offer a replacement, repair or refund.

If an item has been damaged during delivery, please retain the original packaging as photographs of this may be required when assessing the issue.

Errors in Personalisation

The customer is responsible for checking and approving the final design before production. If an error is present in the final approved design due to incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement.
